E-book Reviews
'Proud Nonsmoker' by P. Dave is truly refreshing. The insight with which he has dealt with withdrawal symptoms and their painless management is thought provoking. Using Dave's method the would be nonsmoker need not depend on will power.

I read 'Proud Nonsmoker' with keen interest. When most view withdrawal symptoms as a nightmare, a stumbling block, a wall, I am tempted to quote the author himself, from the chapter, "Understand the Withdrawals". He sees them as a door - "Withdrawal symptoms are your exit route to freedom." The understanding he imparts does open a door in a dead wall.
- Dr. D. L. Save (M.D.)
Dr. D. L. Save is a consulting psychiatrist, de-addiction specialist and sexologist.
A good approach to dealing with the tobacco urges - don't fight them; circumvent them. In 'Proud Nonsmoker' P. Dave shows you how to do that easily and effectively. The cartoon illustrations are a treat.
- Dr. Kaushal Pandey (M.S., M.Ch., FACA)
Dr. Kaushal Pandey is one of the leading consulting cardio thoracic & vascular surgeons in Bombay.
'Proud Nonsmoker' is a completely different appoach to becoming a nonsmoker. As a physician I applaud the work and the resulting program. It makes me more hopeful for smokers who want to quit.
